Looks: Jeff has flames for hair and he wears a black shirt with dark blue jeans. He looks nothing like a phoenix and looks like an ordinary young teen, but when he wants to, he can grow flaming wing and have a flaming tail appear, his arms catch fire as well.
Personality: Jeff only shows his true form when he needs to fly off, fight, or show his friends something cool. He is a showoff and doesn't get mad or jealous to easy. He is never sad because he enjoys life to much and thinks it's swell. Jeff can also give his friends a ride by making his wings not hurt anyone and will fly with them on the back
History: Jeff was raised as an egg, like most birds, but he hatched looking human and not bird. They new he wasn't a normal human because of his flaming hair and hatching from an egg. One day he was learning to fly, but without wings, it was hard, so he had to quit and get wings. He got his flaming arms when he was in a fight with someone, but a flaming tail appeared as well. Jeff decided to see if he can grow wings, it works, but the wings didn't burn anything, which was odd, but soon the wings, tail, and the flame on the arms went away. It took a while to learn how, but eventually he learned.
